Welcome to Wednesday. Safe moves are officially off the table.
For a long time, I thought visibility was the goal.
Post more.
Grow your audience.
Build your personal brand.
Those things matter.
But recently, I've started thinking about visibility differently.
Opportunity is the goal.
Visibility is one of the ways opportunity finds you.
People can't hire work they've never seen.
They can't refer someone they don't know exists.
They can't invite you to speak, partner with you, invest in you, or recommend you if they have no idea what you're building.
That doesn't mean everyone needs to know your name.
It means the right people need to know your work exists.
That shift completely changed how I think about showing up.
I'm not trying to be visible for the sake of visibility.
I'm trying to make it easier for opportunity to find me.
Why this matters right now
A lot of ambitious women quietly believe that good work will eventually speak for itself.
Sometimes it does.
More often, people speak for work they've actually seen.
Visibility isn't vanity.
It's infrastructure.
It's the bridge between the value you create and the opportunities that value can generate.
Investors can't fund ideas they've never heard.
Event organizers can't invite speakers they don't know.
Potential partners can't collaborate with businesses they've never discovered.
People can't refer work they haven't seen.
Visibility doesn't guarantee opportunity.
But invisibility almost guarantees you'll miss some.
Today’s Move
Ask yourself:
Who could meaningfully change the trajectory of my business or career if they knew my work existed?
Not:
Who has the biggest audience?
Not:
Who would make me feel important?
Who has the ability to create opportunity?
Write down three names.
Then make one intentional move this week.
Share an idea.
Start a conversation.
Comment thoughtfully on their work.
Introduce yourself.
Not to ask for a favor.
To become visible.
Proof it works
Over the past several weeks, a single LinkedIn post led to conversations with founders, business leaders, organizations, and advocates I hadn't previously known.
Those conversations opened doors to partnerships, collaborations, and opportunities that simply didn't exist before.
The post didn't create those opportunities.
Visibility did.
Once the right people knew my work existed, entirely new possibilities became available.
That reminded me of something important:
Opportunity rarely moves randomly.
It moves through visibility and relationships.
Brazen Boost
Visibility is not about being seen by everyone.
It's about being seen by the people who can create opportunity.
Brazen Law reinforced: Visibility is the bridge between good work and opportunity.
A question to sit with today:
Who needs to know your work exists that doesn't yet?
That's today's move. Don't chase attention. Build visibility where opportunity lives.
And in real life.
Visibility isn't built only through LinkedIn posts.
Some of the biggest opportunities begin with a single conversation.
That's why I created the BrazenEra Power Walk.
It's not just a walk.
It's a chance for ambitious women to build relationships, exchange ideas, and intentionally grow the ecosystems that create opportunity.
Because opportunity rarely moves in isolation.

P.S. - Inside the BrazenEra Business Club, we don't just talk about visibility.
We practice putting ourselves in rooms, conversations, and relationships where opportunities are more likely to happen.
Because leverage grows when the right people know what you're building.
One more thing:
One of the pillars of the Brazen Code is:
Huddle Your Teammates.
If these Power Letters have helped you think bigger, take bolder action, or create more leverage, don't keep them to yourself.
